How to create a ticket via Chatwoot

Every page on browser version of Minds has a chat icon on bottom of the page (if you are using Minds on mobile, you can open Minds in mobile browser). Alternatively, there is also a chat button on this page.

To start a chat with support agent, click the chat bubble (If you are not logged in, you can still reach us, just make sure you share your email address with us)

You will be greeted with a chat screen, where you can ***Start Conversation ***(Number 1 on the image below)

Now that you started a conversation, you can type out your message into field marked with number 4. You will be prompted to enter your email address. If you will do so, you will receive email updates about your tickets.

To exit from the conversation, you can click on number 2, or you can click the chat bubble (the X bubble).

If you are satisfied with the answer, and don't need the support anymore, click the closing door button (number 3).
Please note, that after clicking button number 3, the support agent will not see your ticket anymore, unless explicitly looking for it.
